Candor Midstream owns and operates the SCOOP-to-North-Texas Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System, which consists of approximately 100 miles of 20-inch rich gas gathering pipeline strategically located in the heart of Oklahoma’s SCOOP play. Candor purchased the system in January 2019. To best serve producers, Candor made multiple upgrades to the pipeline system and successfully completed comprehensive hydrostatic testing to certify its safe return to commercial service. Today, the pipeline is managed internally by members of the team at EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
