Rangeland Energy is a midstream company that meets the infrastructure requirements of refiners, commodities marketers, producers and retail distributors in resource plays and growing markets. Formed in 2015, Rangeland Energy III is developing the South Texas Energy Products System ("STEPS"). This integrated hydrocarbon logistics system receives and stores refined products, liquefied petroleum gas and other hydrocarbons at a terminal hub located in Corpus Christi and transports them to terminals primarily located in Mexico. Rangeland Midstream Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rangeland Energy III, is constructing and will operate new crude oil and condensate pipelines located in the Marten Hills region of north-central Alberta.
