Ed comes to then TEN|10 Group to lead business operations and talent management. 

He began his career in the Navy, where he spent 12 years in active service. After eight years flying F/A-18s with a variety of squadrons, Ed moved into the special operations world, where he spent four years coordinating air strikes for Navy SEALs. 

After leaving the Navy, Ed took on a role at HAZON Solutions, a bootstrap startup in the emerging civilian drone sector, where he partnered with Fortune 500 infrastructure owners and operators to swap hazardous physical inspection processes for drone inspections. Following his time at HAZON, Ed charted a path towards private equity. He joined Cold Bore Capital in the summer of 2019 as an operating partner.  Ed uses his leadership, talent management and business experience to partner with small business operators to de-risk lower middle market cash flows and create value with Cold Bore Capital’s portfolio.
